從竹林到桌上、從部落到城市，山腳狗創意有限公司（FUN DOG Creative Co., Ltd.）

以「設計讓文化被看見，讓永續成為日常」為願景，

一步一步走出屬於台灣的社會創新之路。

我們的故事 Story

起初，我們只是想透過桌遊讓人重新認識台灣的文化。

後來，我們發現，當遊戲成為橋樑，它能連結的不只是人與人，

更是文化與土地、記憶與未來。

於是，我們創立了兩個品牌：

🎲 Have-Fun Board Games（享玩桌遊） — 推出結合台灣原住民族傳統與地方故事的桌上遊戲，

讓文化以遊戲的方式被傳遞與體驗。

🌿 玩桌角落（Play Corner） — 建立兼具創作與交流的桌遊空間，

並開發以竹材再利用為概念的文創商品，

讓設計成為推動環境永續的媒介。

我們與原住民族青年合作，

透過培訓課程、設計實作與文化交流，

創造在地就業與文化自信的機會。

每一個產品、每一場活動，

都是我們對這片土地與族群故事的回應。

秉持「文化保存 × 青年賦能 × 永續環境」為核心宗旨，

在營利的過程中實踐社會價值。

我們相信企業不僅是創造利潤的組織，

我們的承諾 Commitments

為了讓「人與地球優先（People & Planet First）」的理念真正落實，

我們正在修訂公司章程，將永續與社會使命正式寫入公司治理結構中。

我們的章程承諾包括：

• 宗旨鎖定（Mission Lock）： 將社會與環境目的明確列入公司宗旨，不得任意更改。

• 永續決策原則： 在營運與採購決策中，優先考量人、社區與地球的永續價值。

• 盈餘再投資： 至少 50% 以上盈餘投入文化創作、教育推廣及環境創新等相關計畫。

• 透明治理： 每年公開社會與環境影響成果報告，持續接受社會檢視。

• 使命導向股權結構： 維持宗旨導向的所有權與治理方式，防止外部資本干擾。

這些行動不只是法律文字，而是我們對社會與土地的長期承諾。

At the foot of the mountains, a group of young creators believed that creativity can preserve culture and revive the land.

From bamboo forests to board game tables, from indigenous communities to the city, FUN DOG Creative Co., Ltd. was founded with one vision:

to make design a bridge between people, culture, and the planet.

Our Story

It all began with a simple idea — to help people rediscover Taiwan’s rich culture through board games.

But we soon realized that games could connect more than just people;

they could also link heritage and modern life, community and creativity, memory and the future.

From that idea, two brands were born:

🎲 Have-Fun Board Games — develops board games inspired by indigenous traditions and local stories, turning cultural wisdom into playful experiences.

🌿 Play Corner — a creative space where people can play, learn, and connect, while exploring eco-friendly design and upcycled bamboo products.

We collaborate closely with indigenous youth and local artisans,

offering training, co-design opportunities, and creative workshops

that empower new generations to work locally and express cultural identity with pride.

Each product, each project, and each partnership reflects our ongoing dialogue with Taiwan’s people and land.

guided by the three pillars of Cultural Preservation, Youth Empowerment, and Environmental Sustainability.

To ensure that our social and environmental mission is permanently embedded in our governance,

we are updating our Articles of Incorporation to align with the People & Planet First principles.

Our charter commitments include:

• Mission Lock: Embedding our social and environmental purpose into the company’s official objectives, protected from arbitrary change.

• Sustainable Decision-Making: Prioritizing people, community, and the planet over short-term profit in all operational and investment decisions.

• Reinvestment of Surplus: Allocating at least 50% of annual surplus to initiatives related to culture, education, and environmental innovation.

• Transparency and Accountability: Publishing an annual Social and Environmental Impact Report to ensure openness and responsibility.

• Mission-Aligned Ownership: Maintaining a governance and ownership structure that safeguards our social purpose from external influence.

These are not just legal statements — they are the foundation of our identity and long-term promise to society and the earth.
